My Approach

The Project: Blois Tourist Office Redesign

As part of a group of 4, our mission was to draw up the full scoping document (note de cadrage) for a complete redesign of the Blois-Chambord Tourist Office website. For a project estimated at 6–9 months with a maximum budget of €100,000, I participated in drafting the financial plan.

Budget Breakdown (~€65,800 total)

  • Hardware (~€4,300)
Purchase of 4 complete workstations (computers, dual screens, peripherals).
  • Software & Infrastructure
Free solutions (WordPress, VSCode) + OVH hosting at €100–300/month for high-traffic site.
  • Labour (~€30,600)
Hourly cost for 4 junior profiles over 9 months (~2h/day/person), including charges.

Business Finance Concepts

Financial viability is at the heart of every project. Through various practical exercises, I applied key business management concepts:

  • Cost of production calculation
  • Psychological pricing
  • Break-even analysis

What I Learned

Knowing how to manage a project also means knowing how to communicate clearly and visually. I created an infographic summarising data on the use of the French language worldwide — transforming raw data into a striking communication tool. Entrepreneurship is about turning vision into reality, step by step.

The BlackBerry Project — Strategic Comeback

Context & Objective

Working in a creation trio (MMI A-B), our mission was to engineer the "Come-Back of the century" for BlackBerry — a historic smartphone brand whose revenue has fallen 40% since 2021. The goal: build a full communication strategy dossier that diagnoses the brand, rethinks its positioning, and rebrands it for the AI & 5G era.

My Role: Communication & Media

I orchestrated the Communication & Media angle — the launch communication plan, channel strategy, social media and press relations — alongside Hersyn-Jéhu (Art Direction) and Lina (Strategy & Copy). Together we fused technological heritage with a forward-looking vision to reinvent an icon of mobility.

Key Deliverables

  • Diagnostic — PESTEL & SWOT
  • Two-phase Copy Strategy
  • Rebranding — logo & brand guidelines
  • Multichannel launch campaign

Design & Communication Strategy

We selected "BlackBerry Reborn": a geometric logo of 7 interconnected points evoking both the berry and a secure data network, pairing deep black (#1A1A2E) with an accent red (#E94560). The communication plays on positive nostalgia ("you remember?") while projecting the brand into a credible tech modernity around its new flagship, the Passport 2 5G AI.
